Scotch Bonnets Restaurant and Catering is an off-premise caterer specializing in authentic Jamaican cuisine.

The name Scotch Bonnets comes from the Scotch Bonnet pepper which is native to the Caribbean and South America. Scotch Bonnets are similar to the Haberno pepper, only much hotter. As a matter of fact, the Scotch Bonnet has a higher heat index than the well-know jalapeno. Scotch Bonnets are hot, sweet, smokey and full of flavor.

Scotch Bonnets was chosen because it represents so well what Jamaicans love most about their food; the spice and the intense flavor. No Jamaican prepares meat, fish, poultry or soup without it. Ask and they'll tell you - We like it hot!
