Learn the basics of Jamaican culinary tradition as you explore the spices, seasonings and herbs that give this Caribbean gem its world-famous flavor. In this informative and instructional cooking class Chef Janet teaches you:

-Where to shop locally and online
-Pantry must-haves for preparing a classic Jamaican meal anytime!
-Menu: Plantains, Cod Fish Cakes, Rice & Peas, and Curry Chicken

Level II: Taste of Jamaica!

-Get down to the meat of the matter with this hands-on class featuring some of Jamaica's signature dishes.

Level III: Jamaican Me Crazy!

Can't get enough Jamaica? Then immerse yourself with a spread fit-to-be-called the 'Spirit of Kingston'! Relax as Chef Janet takes you on a virtual edible vacation.
Menu: Bammy, Ackee & Salt Fish, Brown-Stew chicken & Carrot Juice

Classes are held on the fourth Monday of each month, from 6pm - 8:30pm and are $75 per person!

We also offer Corporate Team-building Classes!
