We are located in Burlington County, New Jersey.

Do you cater events outside of New Jersey? [top]
Yes. We service all of New Jersey, Metro New York, Philadelphia and portions of Delaware.

Where is the food prepared? [top]
Scotch Bonnets uses licensed, commercial kitchens. Our current commissary is Philly Kitchen Share which is located in Philadelphia, PA.

Do you teach classes? [top]
Yes, we do. And there are two great ways to learn...

1. Host a Carnival Cooking Class In Your Home!
Have four to eight friends, family members or neighbors who want to learn the secrets to Jamaican cooking? I bet you do! Get the gang together and get set for a spicy, saucy Jamaican food fest. It's tons a fun and you set the tempo. For more details email us at jamaicanspice@scotchbonnets.com with the text "Carnival Cooking" in the subject field.

2. Cooking Instruction at the Kitchen Kapers
Sign-up for one of our two-hour classes at the Kitchen Kapers in Moorestown, New Jersey. We offer hands-on, couples and individual instruction. Contact the Culinary Academy at Kitchen Kapers at (856) 778-7705 or visit them online at www.kitchenkapers.com for more information.

Yes, we sell DVD copies of all our episodes. If you wish to purchase a copy please email us at jamaicanspice@scotchbonnets.com and put "The Pepper Pot" in the subject field. Be sure to include your mailing address and daytime phone number for shipping and payment details. The cost is $7.
