Garlic Grilled Chops
Ingredients
• 2 ½ lbs Center-cut, Bone-In Pork Chops (6)
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 ½ Tsp Parsley Flakes
• 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 ½ Tsp Salt
• ¾ Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method
• Rinse chops and dress with garlic, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
• Marinate overnight.
• Heat grill to medium-low temperature.
• Brush chops with olive oil.
• Grill covered for approximately 25 minutes on each side.
